This sauce is fresh and bright with lemony notes, creamy texture from the coconut and a little heat from green chili peppers.
I love this sauce in a shrimp stir fry, but it is also great with chicken and mushrooms, roasted cauliflower or mixed with avocado to make a dip!
Use 1-2 tbsp on some fish fillets on the grill or in the oven or soak some fresh scallops in lime juice then mix with some khaldin for ceviche!
