Cherry Whisky Glaze


Utilizing Cherries and Canadian Whisky both from the Niagara region, this sauce is great on chicken, pork or even steak but I love it on baked brie with some toasted nuts and seeds.
You can warm it up and spoon over chicken or pork tenderloin when it is on the plate, or brush it on towards the end of cooking while the meat is on the grill.  Mix it with cream cheese and roll in toasted nuts for a great spread for easy entertaining too!
